SPONSORSHIP & FUNDING
We are partly self-funding and by grants, we have received funding from, QVC The Shopping Channel and our most recently from The Lords Taverners which is a Charitable Trust. We have also been fortunate to receive grants from the local Authority. We are always in need of further sponsorship as wheelchair basketball is required for the day to day running of a basketball club.
We are fortunate enough to have about 15 playing members but we are always on the lookout for people who have played and are currently without a team, and people wanting to take the sport of wheelchair basketball, which is an exciting and a growing sport in the UK, it is of course well established the USA.
