| This course will also cost you about $20 ( canadian) and like the ladies course , will also consist of two 3 hour sessions. | ||||||||||||||||
| The advanced classes : | |||||||||||||||||

This class will cost you about $50 (canadian) per month. this will consist of two or three classes per week. This course includes techniques from both the abovementioned courses.PLUS you will be trained in a number of martial arts weapons.This class is perfect if you would like to train regularly and start from scratch. | ||||||||||||||||
