The BLACK STAR legacy

1998 was the birth of the BLACK STAR LACROSSE Club
The team's "real" talent was shown at the Lax Vegas tournement, the only CLA team to have gone 3-2 against some really great lacrosse teams.

The BLACK STAR LACROSSE Club's mission and goal
|
Mission:
To be competitive and have fun at the same time. (with this formula we will someday REGAIN the CLA title)
Goal:
To increase the growth and expansion of lacrosse in the Southern California. This starts with the intermidate and high schools in our area.

Meeting the BLACK STAR LACROSSE Club
|
The Black Star Lacrosse Club competes in the Califronia Lacrosse Association.
The Club is currently managed by Tim Gough, President, and Tim Keating, Vice President.
The Team is currently sponsored by Minnott's BLACK STAR Beer
(please see the web site below).
All of our players contribute their time and efforts to the expansion of lacrosse in one form or another. Majority of players are lacrosse coaches in the Orange County Youth League, particpate on the board in the youth league, or coach at Universities.
