OUR CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS

Level I:

Beginner Instruction:  Beginner Striding,Heel-Brake Stop, & A-Frame Turn.

Advanced-Beginner Instruction:  Improved Striding, Grass Stop, Spin Stop, Parallel Turns, & Swizzles.

Level II:

Intermediate Instruction: Advanced Striding, Introduction to Backward Skating, Transitions, T-Stop, & Crossovers.

Level III:

FITNESS

A power skating workout that incorporates the basic skating skills in a variety of combinations and drills focusing on strength, agility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

These classes will enhance balance, flexibility, lateral strength,explosive power, muscle tone and cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Beginning with a warm-up routine, followed by progressively challenging exercises and ending with a cool-down routine, these classes are an excellent workout that is both challenging and fun.

Prerequisites: must be able to skate at a stride II level, have good balance and be able to stop with a heel brake.
