We're a group of in-line skaters in Syracuse, New York, who are enthusiastic about in-line skating. We seek to promote our sport, through the Club, by participating in fun and safe in-line skating activities. We're continually expanding our list of activities, and we'd love to have you join the Club. Come join us in our Club activities!
A Brief History of the Club:

The Club was founded in 1994 as the In-Line Groove Skate Club by John Ghidiu, Jon Hansen, and Gina Tonzi, three skaters who wanted to share their enthusiasm for the growing sport of in-line skating. The Club offers free lessons at Onondaga Lake Park: advanced beginner and intermediate. Skating clinics, freestyle sessions, and special skate clinics are also available. Club members also participate in skate events in Downtown Syracuse organized by the Club, such as the Sunday City Skates, Blues Fest, Oldies Fest, and the Syracuse Jazz Festival. Member Cindy Marsh initiated a local chapter of the National Skate Patrol in Central New York, and some of our Club members are active members of the NSP.
