      CAPS Projects
CAPS has been involved in a number of range improvement projects at the
Cache Valley Hunter Education Center.   Projects include installation of
drainage on public ranges, installation of lighting for night shooting on public
ranges, construction of handicapped access parking on public ranges and the
building of new shooting bays to the east of the public ranges.  The new bays
will be utilized by 4H, CAPS and other shooting organizations.  These projects
have been made possible by grants from the Utah Friends of NRA, club funds
and generous donations of time, money and materials by various individuals
and companies in Cache Valley.  In particular we would like to thank Brooks
Rash Construction, Cove Sand and Gravel, LeGrand Johnson Construction and
               US West Communications.
