Please come and join the Detroit free skaters every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for a skate around the city. We start from the Detroiter Bar located at 649 Beaubien at the corner of Fort and Beaubien in Greek town leaving by 7:30 sharp. This is an intermediate skate that covers 10 to 20 miles at a moderate pace, but we always look out for slower skaters so that they are not left behind. We make one or two bar stops along the way for a beer, water, and to relax and chat. We are back to the Detroiter by 10:30 at the latest. No dues, no rules, no attitudes, just show up and skate.
